4. WhatsApp and Meta Business Platform

When you contact us through WhatsApp, or when we communicate using the WhatsApp Business Platform or Cloud API, your telephone number, profile information made available through WhatsApp, message content, attachments, message status and related technical identifiers may be processed by us and by Meta Platforms and its affiliated service providers.

We use these tools to answer enquiries, provide support, send order or service information, and, where permitted, deliver relevant business or marketing communications. You may ask us to stop sending promotional messages at any time by using an available unsubscribe method or contacting us. We may still send necessary transactional or service-related communications.

6. Cookies and Website Technologies

Our website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, embedded content and similar technologies to support essential website functions, remember preferences, measure traffic and performance, understand how visitors use the site and support advertising or campaign measurement. 7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use service providers to support website hosting, forms, analytics, communications, WhatsApp and Meta integrations, customer support, cloud storage, payment or merchant services, e-commerce, delivery, marketing and professional advice. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices and, where they act for us, for the purposes of providing their services.

Some providers may process information outside Malaysia. Privacy laws and protections may differ in those locations.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, preventing fraud and meeting legal, accounting, tax or regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it is held. Information that is no longer required may be deleted, anonymised or securely disposed of as appropriate.

10. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical precautions appropriate to the nature of the information and our operations. However, no website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
